On the way to school...

I had a semi-difficult time getting to school this morning because Hagrid came by my house and needed to talk. Apparently BuckBeak has been flakey lately and didn't meet him in Diagon Alley OR at the Three Broomsticks on Monday. Anyway, Hagrid emerged from the shadows as I was getting in the car and begged me to stay and chat. We ended up making tea, watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and making fun of BuckBeak the entire time. It was such a great way to start the morning!

sometimes Hagrid can be very insensitive. Buckbeak has valid reasons for standing him up. Apparently Buckbeak was on his way to meet up with Hagrid when Draco said something about Buckbeaks mother. Buckbeak was distraught...

alright look you guys need to not be so hard on Draco. the man had a hard upbringing and all he is trying to do is make some darn friends. but Harry Potter and his snobby friends are always putting him down. Draco Malfoy is by far the best seeker ever to set foot in the quidditch arena and just because Harry Potty doesn't like that doesn't mean Harry is rigt. All in all this is Cho Chaings fault because she has Harry Potter on a leash and if he was nicer to Draco then Draco would have been nicer to Buckbeak and Buckbeak would have made the date with Hagrid and then Hagrid would not have made Sara have to sit on the floor while he took up the whole couch watching the Prisoner of Azkaban.... skeee....

What I can't understand is why they made Pansy Parkinson attractive in the movies. She sounds very unattractive in the books. And I think its high time Buckbeak learn to stand up to bullies. Harry and Sara can't fight all his battles for him.
